In addition, we recognize our social responsibility to help prevent accidents, and establish, implement, and will continually inspect and improve a system (ISMS) to improve and develop information security.

We carry out the following items to establish, implement, inspect, and improve the ISMS.

• In accordance with the ISMS Basic Policy, we set the objectives of the ISMS, establish the direction regarding information security, and specify them as follows:

  • We establish and implement security education plans for applicable employees.
  • We evaluate risks and carry out risk assessments in line with standards.
  • We implement the appropriate management measures according to the risk level, and employees of each division/sales office and related departments comply with these measures to manage risks in an organized manner.
• We take into account our security obligations under laws, industry rules, contracts, and other business requirements.
• We prepare an organizational environment required for establishing, implementing, inspecting, and improving the ISMS and an environment for risk management.
• In order to keep up with changes in the environment and to continually improve the ISMS, we review the ISMS Basic Policy as well.
